How has your Hero impacted your life and inspired you?
Sidney is a self-made man who arrived in America after fleeing the Holocaust. He made his mark in the insurance business, in which his son is now also employed. As soon as Sidney had a little money in his pocket, he started giving it away: to Jewish organizations, arts groups, and private individuals. He is also a master at getting others to contribute as well. Quite often, though, his own donations are anonymous.
