Lori and her group, the Utah 8, worked diligently and tirelessly to bring 300 women to Israel to inspire them, teach them, and motivate them to do and to be: to do mitzvot and to be Jewish; to do all we can to learn and live and to be all we can as parents, teachers and community members.
Jewish communities face the threat of assimilation and of indifference. While organizations world wide combat this same challenge, Lori's belief that helping one woman (or 300!) get in touch with her Judaism will bridge that gap has moved hundreds of women to do more. Lori is now working with organizations and women around the world to bring 1000 women to Israel in the coming year. Lori has made a difference in not only the participants' lives but the lives of their friends and families.
