How is your Hero working to make the world a better place?
Janet is a selfless leader who's active in ORT having been the regional president, JCRC, Federation heading the annual Mitzvah Day but especially Bookstock, Michigan's largest media sale benefitting education and literacy projects. Over $500,000 has been given to education and literacy projects over the last 9 years. About 700 volunteers on behalf of 12 organizations come together to solicit book donations, sort books, and hold the week-long annual sale.

From ORT to the JCRC to Bookstock, she is a model of devotion especially for making the world a more LITERATE place.
