How is your Hero working to make the world a better place?
Ben Packer is an extraordinary individual who works tirelessly to be the Jewish mentor that young Jewish men and women can turn to at any time and for any reason. He works with infinite dedication and sensitivity to provide an environment that is welcoming, educational, inspirational and cool for the countless Jewish youth from around the world that find their way to the Heritage House. Rabbi Packer shows them the beauty of their heritage and educates them about their birthright and the Land of Israel.
How has your Hero impacted your life and inspired you?
Rabbi Packer has shown me that there isn't just one path to quality Jewish experiences. As a Rabbi, he is able to give me advise based on Torah and Jewish values so that I can grow in my Judaism. His organization has brought so many people closer to their Judaism and positively affected so many that he has become an inspiration and a mentor to me. I hope that I can one day inspire Jews the way he does.
